Details:
The crop is at the Holiday Inn & Express- University- 2373 Banff Trail NW Calgary, AB Please arrive any time after 10:00 am on Friday Jan 16, 2026. The event runs through until 5pm on Sunday Jan 18, 2026. We must be out of the room by 6:00 pm. Please plan accordingly.
I will be providing you with a minimum of a 6 ft table for your use. Most tables are 8 feet long.
This venue is wheelchair accessible! If you are differently abled and require any assistance please let me know so I can accommodate you. If there is some other inclusion I can try to provide for you, please let me know.
In order to confirm your attendance at "Sip, Scrap, Repeat!" please e-transfer the fee of:
$220CAD if it is before Dec 15, 2025 (Earlybird Rate) or
$245 CAD (Standard Rate) if it's Dec 16th, 2025 or later to:
